Yideeską́ądi Hózhǫ́ǫ́jí Center
Yideeską́ądi Hózhǫ́ǫ́jí Center (YHC) is a Navajo Nation-owned residential substance use treatment facility in Phoenix dedicated to serving members of the Navajo Nation with culturally appropriate and effective whole-person care.
YHC is operated by Axiom Care in partnership with the Navajo Department of Health (NDOH), the Navajo Division of Behavioral and Mental Health Services (DBMHS).
YHC partners with DBMHS to blend urban services with Navajo traditional knowledge. Together, we bring cultural knowledge to ensure every client receives holistic, Diné-centered care.
